This was my first tele-med visit I've ever had.... Let me just say WOW! The process was very easy and straight forward. As soon as I put in my appointment request I then got a text to register, which took maybe 10 minutes. I then received a text right before my appointment to connect with the provider, I didn't even have to download an app. It was so convenient I'm definitely coming back. Adrian Bellido was the provider that I seen and he was very quick but very attentive to detail and had great bedside manner! 5 stars isn't enough. Definitely beat waiting forever in a packed office.
