Many times health issues are nuanced and you need to provide specifics of your situation. That wasn't really a part of the process. At the end you get a variety of documents from the provider included a treatment plan. That's great, but there doesn't seem to be a way to interact or follow up once that's provided. I guess the expectation is you'll move on to urgent care or your main doctor. Overall a fine process for simple issues.”
