How do I request a prescription?
Simply visit helixvm.com and select our FastTrack Rx option “Get prescription without video appointment” to request a prescription refill.
What does a prescription cost?
HelixVM is proud to accept most major insurance plans. When using insurance, estimated out-of-pocket is $25. Self-pay pricing varies based on visit type and ranges between $75-95.
What is FastTrack Rx?
FastTrack Rx is our fast prescription service that allows our Providers to review your symptoms / request and authorize a medical prescription without the need for a face-to-face visit. If you prefer to speak with a Provider, you can do that as well by visiting helixvm.com and selecting “Video Call.”
