Wonderful experience. My insurance was accepted and setting up my account was easy. Requesting an appointment all the way to the phone call was a breeze. My provider was great as well. I was prescribed 2 antibiotics and picked them up already. Highly recommended!

This was my first time dealing with a doctor and prescription refill online. Helix has been EXTREMELY helpful. Very nice team and quick with open communication. I’ve also received my refills surprisingly fast.

Efficient and quick help received. I was hesitant and contemplating going to the ER but gave them a try. Got an antibiotic called in and my blood pressure medication filled with a thorough treatment plan. Highly recommend! I will update on the price because I read another review and now I’m in a panic.

I recently tested positive with the flu and this service was EXTREMELY helpful during the busy holiday season. They were able to immediately prescribe me with remedies and the visit was easy and effective. I totally recommend to anyone who needs quick and reliable treatment and the providers were knowledgeable and truly cared about my well being. 10/10 experience.

Seemed easy enough to use, but I'd offer a few areas for improvement. System you use to describe your situation is very structured (drop down choices only for the most part). Many times health issues are nuanced and you need to provide specifics of your situation. That wasn't really a part of the process. At the end you get a variety of documents from the provider included a treatment plan. That's great, but there doesn't seem to be a way to interact or follow up once that's provided. I guess the expectation is you'll move on to urgent care or your main doctor. Overall a fine process for simple issues.
